Michael Louis Diamond, better known by his stage name Mike D, is an American rapper, musician, and producer, most famously known as a founding member of the pioneering hip-hop group Beastie Boys. The group's groundbreaking albums were "Licensed to Ill" (1986) and "Paul's Boutique" (1989). The Beastie Boys have earned multiple Grammy Awards.
