Despite what you might believe, working fewer hours in your business does NOT equate to less revenue.

In this episode we’re talking about something that is really important to me, something that I’ve worked very intentionally on over the past little while: how you can integrate more white space into your week.

I guide you through 5 things I look at in my clients’ businesses to help them find more white space WITHOUT compromising their income. 

Because this is the fear right? More white space equals doing less. And ‘doing’ less equals less money... which is so not the case! This is a really interesting belief to explore and is why identity work is a key component in my work with my clients.

The 5 questions we will deep dive into are:

1. What does the week currently look like? What days/hours are you working in your business?
2. What can be outsourced?
3. What can be automated and systemised?
4. How can your natural energy be better optimised?
5. What strategies, offers or processes can be tweaked or optimised to create more space?
