If you turned a good hug from an old friend (that you've been through heck and high water with, so you know there's a little angst but mostly love) and turned it into a podcast. This would probably be that podcast.

Been binge-listening for the past few days and I would totally recommend!

This show is one of the loveliest and best shows I've had the pleasure to listen to. It came across at a time as I began to come out and explore my own queerness. To hear a warm, thoughtful, heartfelt romance with hints of magic and lots of good feelings that also includes so much queer representation is affirming and wonderful. Everyone should listen to this show.

Life is a collection of moments that change us either subtly or overtly, & almost no story I've ever known GETS THAT like Love & Luck does. Through the format, narrative devices, IMPECCABLE writing/acting/design, this show takes you through life in a way that's not only accurate, but restorative !! Love and Luck has come to be what I binge while doing tedious work. An incredibly enjoyable series of stories about a relationship told through voicemails. The cast is delightful, the sound design is impeccable; this show is certain to make you grin.

This is one of those shows that I have on repeat! Any time I'm feeling down or sad, I know I can turn to L&L and get a nice, audible hug. Even though the group at the Best of Luck bar deal with real issues facing the LGBTQIA+ community, they do so in a way that feels supportive and hopeful.

This podcast is just so magical. It fills me with hope about how the world could be. And I just love it so much.

Love and Luck starts off as the story of Jason and Kane who fall deeply in love despite their struggles emotionally and learn to grow together and discover the magic per say. Through the first season you start to get a feeling for their personal lives and their struggles, but we quickly find out they are Magical in more ways than one.- Podcast Junkie

Probably the most heartwarming Audio Fiction out there! If you don't fall in love with these warmhearted, kind and caring characters - you're out of luck.

this is a very special audiodrama! super queer, some of the best queer rep I've come across. I was especially happy with how much it touched on non-monogamy, even mentioning relationship anarchy at one point! first time I've heard my relationship practice mentioned in an audiodrama ❤️ it's so much more than a love story- or better said, it's a love story that is so much larger in scope than your average homo-mononormative narrative!good writing, adorable characters, decent acting and sound design~ just overall a wonderful (& often sickeningly sweet in the best of ways lol) slice-of-life with a magic touch that is immediately one of my all-time favourites. the fierce, queer love and resilience and sweetness on display warms my heart~it does touch on some queerphobia, transphobia, violence and also the AIDS crisis at one point, and also dives into some aspects of both PTSD and anxiety, so check CW if you need. Everything touched on in this show is done with the utmost love and care~highly, highly recommend!!

Oh my goodness I love this show. It's so sweet and lovely. Everything I've listened to so far is relatively low angst which makes it a fun light listen and just makes the day better. Their magic comes across the air waves to make me smile and bring good to my life which I'm sure is the goal.

Love and Luck promises us that people will be kind to each other, stories will end well, and magic is real. It delivers. Stories of queer people thriving are always, always, always an act of resistance, and this is one of the best.

Love and Luck is my all time favorite Audio Drama. It's so queer, loving and delightful.

A truly thoughtful, funny, sweet and lovely podcast.

Words cannot possible describe how amazing this show is. It took me about 20 episodes to really get into it (they're short episodes) but oh man, I was HOOKED after that. It's like the characters understand me, and I know I'd fit in so well with them. This show feels like home.
